Bret Lunsford is a partner. Since becoming an attorney in 1998, Bret has represented clients ranging from individuals to publicly traded companies and municipal agencies in both State Court and Federal Court in California. He has significant trial and arbitration experience and has distinguished himself in complex litigation involving Construction Defect, Breach of Contract, and General Liability matters.

Prior to joining KDK, Bret was a partner first with Sabaitis O’Callaghan, LLP in Pasadena, California, and then with Sabaitis Lunsford & Moore, APC in Pasadena, California. He was voted a Top Attorney by his peers as reported in Pasadena Magazine for three consecutive years.
