Since our establishment in 1981, Kramer, DeBoer, Endelicato & Keane (KDEK) has continued its unique leadership position
in the insurance defense industry by anticipating
and responding to the changing needs of our clients.
Our relative youth as a defense firm allows us to
aggressively meet the issues of the new millennium,
including strict litigation cost containment.
When our clients needed a law firm that could serve them as they expanded beyond Los Angeles County, we added offices in Orange County and Riverside-San Bernardino Counties, as well as Las Vegas, Nevada. Most recently, we have announced the opening of our San Francisco office. Each office at a reasonable and manageable size so that our associates are closely supervised in the implementation of our clients’ litigation management guidelines.
When our clients added specialized lines of business in niche markets, we had attorneys already fully prepared to help our clients through the legal uncertainties involved in new areas of business and new issues in existing lines of business.
