Deborah Olsen deBoer is one of our founding partners and a managing partner. Since 1983, she has been highly regarded as a trial attorney in diverseareas of Healthcare litigation, representing medical professionals and hospitals, among others. She has also argued successfully before State and Federalappellate courts, resulting in several published opinions, the California Medical Board , and numerous administrative hearings. She is rated AV Preeminentby Martindale-Hubbell and belongs to the prestigious America Board of Trial Advocates (“ABOTA”).

Deborah speaks often as a guest lecturer on various issues involving professional liability, provides in-house education for hospital based professionals,and often participates as a presenter in trial advocacy programs for attorneys sponsored by the American Board of Trial Advocates. She has a daughterwith whom she skis in the winter and raises horses in her spare time.
